New: All trainees will receive an apprenticeship allowance from the start of their apprenticeship in 2020. This is rightly intended to make this apprenticeship more attractive. During the three-year training period, trainees acquire skills both in the classroom and on the job, caring for people of all ages in all areas of medical treatment. In their third year of training, students are sent to work in a particular area of care. After training, graduates can work in all areas of care.
